- Avoid uploading offensive, misleading, or infringing content.
- Protect login credentials and notify Tinitawi immediately of any unauthorized access.
4. Company Responsibilities
- Provide secure hosting and technical support for leased websites.
- Implement reasonable measures to protect data and ensure uptime.
- Respect agent and client privacy in accordance with the Privacy Policy and GDPR Agreement.
5. Intellectual Property
- Website design, templates, and platform technology remain the property of Tinitawi.
- Agents retain ownership of their uploaded content (property listings, images, personal details).
- Agents grant Tinitawi a license to display and process uploaded content for website functionality.
6. Payments and Fees
- Leasing fees must be paid according to the agreed plan.
- Non-payment may result in suspension or termination of services.
- Fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in writing.
7. Limitation of Liability
Tinitawi is not liable for:
- Errors or inaccuracies in agent-provided content.
- Losses resulting from downtime, technical issues, or third-party services.
- Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
8. Termination
Tinitawi reserves the right to suspend or terminate services if:
- Agents violate these Terms and Conditions.
- Payments are not made on time.
- Content uploaded is unlawful or harmful.
9. Amendments
Tinitawi may update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Agents will be notified of significant changes, and continued use of the service constitutes acceptance.
10. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Ethiopia and applicable international regulations.
